Firefighters responded this afternoon at 1433 Hrs to investigate smoke
coming from a building at Ohio St & Chicago St.
B-43 went on
location with smoke showing from a 4 story commercial building and
requested the balance of the 1st alarm. Ladder 2 reported fire in the
wall with some embers falling into the basement. B-43 requested an
additional Truck to the scene.
The fire was under control in 36 minutes.
