Buffalo Firefighters responded this morning at 0820 Hrs for a report of a MVA at Delaware Ave & Great Arrow Ave.
Engine
38 went on location reporting a MVA with entrapment and requested a
Chief & Rescue 1 to the scene. E38 further reported a vehicle into a
building and the Collapse Team was dispatched to the scene.
The victim was extricated in 25 minutes and pronounced at the scene.
