Firefighters responded yesterday evening at 1753 Hrs for a report of a
structure fire on Regina Pl. with reports of possible children still
inside the structure.
B-56 requested an additional 1 & 1 to
the scene. Engine 23 went on location with fire showing on the #2 side
2nd floor in a 2 1/2 story house. B-56 reported heavy fire conditions on
the 2nd floor with extension into the attic. Rescue 1 reported 1 victim
found and rescued. B-56 requested the balance of the 2nd alarm for
relief to the scene.
The fire was placed under control in 27 minutes. the victim was later pronounced at an area hospital.
