Seneca Hose Firefighters responded today for a report of a structure fire on Burch Ave with a possible victim inside.
Winchester
9 went on location with smoke showing from the 2nd floor of a 2 story
20x80 house. Command further reported heavy fire showing on the # side
of the structure. Interior crews reported heavy fire on the 1st floor
rear. Command ordered all crews out of the building for defensive
operations.
Winchester, Vigilant, Reserve, East Seneca, Bellevue,
newton Abbott, South Line (FAST), & Orchard Park responded as
mutual aid companies to the scene. Windom, Spring Brook, & Doyle
provided fill in companies.
