Buffalo Firefighters responded this evening at 2212 Hrs for a report of a shooting victim on Carl St.
Dispatch
notified E31 that Police were on location reporting a structure fire
& the balance of the 1st alarm was dispatched. Engine 31 went on
location with smoke showing from a 1 1/2 story house. B-43 reported fire
on the 1st floor and a victim with a gunshot wound on the 2nd floor.
The fire was under control in 22 minutes.
