Firefighters responded yesterday at 1305 Hrs for a report of a
structure fire in the area of Dupont St & Woodlawn Ave.
B-43
was notified of multiple calls reporting multiple houses involved &
requested an additional 2 & 1. Engine 21 reported smoke showing from
quarters & went on location with three 2 1/2 story houses involved
and requested the balance of the 2nd alarm. B-43 went on location
reporting 2 houses fully involved, a 3rd house involved, & defensive
operations. B-56 reported an exposure problem on the #4 side and
requested an additional 2 Engines & a 2nd FAST Team to the scene.
B-43 reported the exposure involved and B-56 ordered all crews out of
the exposure building.
The fire was under control in 75 minutes.
